At Smart Savings on Smart Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the tech item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
